To accomodate for the current demanding needs of our customers, we believe in striving to work together with our affilates to supply a wide range of products. Through the corporation of our partners, Wohlers GmbH has within the past 30 years, delivers a comprehensive range of products which includes, providing customized motors, brakes, gears and frequency inverters. One of Herforder Elektomotorenwerke (HEW)'s strength is to deliver custom-made motors for each individual and unique application. Since 1892, HEW supplies motors to customers with exceptional quality and services together as a wholesome package. Besides supplying standard asynchronous motors, the repertoire also includes customer specific and explosion-proof motors. The diversity of HEW motors is indeed unlimited. HEW also manufactures motors which are in compliance with international and safety standards, such as GOST-R for Russia, UL, CSA for the North American market or GL (Germanischer Lloyd) for marine applications. Moreover, the safety of the explosion-proof motors is inspected and certified by the German “Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt – PTB”. Upon request, motors are available in a variety of colors, equipped with brakes, with either mounted gear and/or equipped with an encoder. |
